Nicholas Pais is the founder of Cy Tax Consultants and is an international Partner of Klako Group Firm of Professional Accountants in China. He is an international tax and business advisor. He holds a Bachelors Degree in accounting and business studies from the State University of New York. He is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) in the United Kingdom and Cyprus.

Mr. Pais has served successfully for the last 23 years in different positions with big accounting firms such as Coopers and Lybrand,
Touché Ross, Clark Kenneth Leventhal, and Moore Stephens. He has also worked in the income tax office of Cyprus, where he gained valuable professional experience and a strong reputation.

Georgiades Olga - Legal Consultant
Olga is a lawyer specializing in the Corporate Law, European Law, Competition Law (Mergers & Acquisitions), Pharmaceuticals and Information Technology Law, including On-Line Gaming and Licensing. She is the founder and Director of Lexact Ltd, a company specializing in corporate and tax law seminars as well as the publishing of law books.

She is appointed as Arbitrator for domain name disputes concerning the .eu European top-level domain. She participates on a permanent basis as local expert with the European Commission for the preparation of reports on the current status of Cyprus law. She was also an appointed investigator for the Disciplinary Council of the Cyprus Bar Association. She is a member of the Publications and Conference Planning Committees of the Computer Law Association as well as a founding member and Secretary of the Computer Law Special Interest Group of the Cyprus Computer Society.
